Bachelor in Health Sciences

Introductory coursework in the natural and social sciences provides a foundation for students to explore a wide variety of upper-level electives and complete a capstone experience addressing current issues in human health and biology; however, Health Sciences students don’t just learn in the classroom. Students apply their academic knowledge and skills to address real-world problems through a capstone experience that addresses health-related problems tailored to student interests.

The Health Sciences major can also be combined with our other distinctive programs, such as Public Health, Poverty Studies, Urban Environmental Studies, or Leadership Studies to enhance your educational experience. The strong critical thinking, quantitative, and problem-solving skills that you will develop through your BSc education will make you uniquely prepared to tackle the challenges of today’s complex healthcare industry.
