Innovation, critical thinking, and creativity in decision-making are at the core of the degree programs in Management at Berkeley College. Working in an environment that simulates global business markets, you’ll develop the skills necessary to actively participate in various roles within the management structure of different types of modern organizations. You’ll also have opportunities to work on projects that are focused on community engagement, as well as a study under the guidance of experts on special topics such as data mining, negotiations, business, and society.
Concentrations allow you to specialize in a particular area of management.
The Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree program in Management at Berkeley College offers nine different areas of specialization—known as Concentrations—that allow you to take a series of focused elective courses that can help enhance your marketability in the professional world. Concentrations will be noted on your transcript upon completion of the degree.
Management Concentrations are offered in:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

- Supply Chain Management
Each concentration is comprised of a four-course (12-credit) sequence or a five-course (15-credit) sequence which replaces the existing electives and capstone.
Four-Year Integrated B.B.A. to M.B.A. Degree
Berkeley College makes it possible to earn both a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. in as little as four years.
High-performing students in the General Business B.B.A. program may have the option to complete a Baccalaureate degree and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management in as few as four calendar years. This option offers many benefits, including the ability to:
- Graduate with an M.B.A. much sooner than through the traditional route
- Expand career opportunities and earning potential with an advanced degree
- Save significant tuition costs
This option is open to students in certain programs (on-site and online programs approved in New Jersey only).

- You’ll have the opportunity to enroll in the M.B.A. in Management program
