Introduction
Degree in Industrial Design Engineering
With the Degree in Industrial Design Engineering you will be able to design and develop products, systems and services that add value to industry, society and the environment, integrating new technological advances.
With the Degree in Industrial Design Engineering you will train as a product design and development engineer with a highly qualified transdisciplinary profile to conceptualize, design, develop and produce a product, system or service that adds value to the industry, to the society and the planet we live on.
You will master the digital and physical modeling tools to represent and simulate the behavior of a product, selecting the most appropriate material and process. To do this, you will take into account technical, functional, usability, processing, environmental, aesthetic and communication requirements, which allow optimizing the production and marketing of products.
You will know how to detect innovation and market opportunities, which will bring you closer to the world of entrepreneurship and new business models. You will learn to use the knowledge of science and technology typical of engineering to innovate in a sustainable and meaningful way, with a look to the future, taking into account the environmental, social and economic impact.
