Introduction
Our Bachelor of Business Administration degree is designed to give you an overall conceptual foundation in business administration. Developed by academic and industry professionals with first-hand experience in business, this is a program that will enhance your practical, managerial, communication, and business decision-making skills.
If you are majoring in Business Administration you might be preparing for law school, entering into a family business, or some other specialized purpose. The program has ample flexibility to meet the needs of each of these career orientations and will help you create solutions to contemporary business problems.

Program Details
In the first two years, students will focus on completing the university’s General Education Program (42 US credits/ 84 ECTS), which introduces five thematic areas: communication, data and quantitative literature, scientific inquiry, arts and humanities, and social sciences. In the third and fourth years, students will focus on topics relevant to their major.
Learning Goals & Objectives
- Teamwork: Students will demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively.
- Quantitative Reasoning and Financial Analysis Skills: Students will demonstrate the ability to perform basic financial analysis.
- Computer Skills: Students should demonstrate proficiency in the use of general productivity software in business applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Global Perspectives: Students will demonstrate an understanding of global dimensions of business including socio-cultural, political-legal, financial, technological, and economic environments.
- Ethical Reasoning: Students will have the skills to make decisions grounded in ethical thinking.
- Competencies: a) Collaborate as part of a team to solve business problems; b) Be responsible for ethical decision-making in business; c) Guide practices in small to medium-size businesses.

Teaching & Assessment
