Introduction
The Aviation Management Program has a broad curriculum consisting of management field courses, aviation field courses and core courses. In this way, students will be able to become individuals with competence in both management and aviation. The Aviation Management Program has a comprehensive and intensive course program designed to prepare its graduates for a career in aviation management, focusing on airport planning, design and management, airline and air transport management, building a solid foundation in management and aviation.
In the aviation sector, the importance of safety requirements as well as competition, the necessity of sustainable growth and development have increased the need for an effective education and training infrastructure and qualified manpower resources. In order to provide the required qualified manpower to the service of the international aviation industry, undergraduate education will begin in the Department of Aviation Management in the 2020-2021 academic year. The department aims to train aviation managers who can use resources effectively in international aviation standards, follow developments in aviation technology, and have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge. Graduates of the department are equipped to work in the sub-units of aviation companies such as marketing, accounting, finance, flight operations, quality and safety management; They can work in airport and terminal enterprises, airline companies, ground handling companies, logistics and air cargo companies and all public and private enterprises operating in the sector.
