Introduction
Do you look up to a career much like that of Pierre-Emanuel Le Goff's? or maybe that of Léo Karmann? Do you know that they, among many other prominent figures in the world of cinema and TV, were former students at 3iS?
Our school prepares its students for a unique experience in their journey towards becoming the next international directors, screenwriters, and film producers...
At 3iS, we strongly believe in "hands-on-learning", and we take it as our core approach to prepare you for the professional world of filmmaking and TV. Hence, you will be guided by a faculty of professional filmmakers and artists who will put all their expertise and knowledge at your service.
1st Year - Foundation Year
The students acquire the basic concepts, methods and skills of television and film production in preparation for the intermediate and advanced training they will receive in the following years.
2nd Year - All about skills
It’s not what you know that counts, it’s what you can do well. The curriculum is transversal, developing key competences in all major areas of the industry. Students also choose one of three majors: cinematography, editing or production.
3rd Year - Professionalization
As in the second year, the first semester focuses on television while the second semester on cinema, mainly with more emphasis on advanced techniques and working methods. Students must achieve the required level of professional competence to pass the diploma.
