The Business Administration - Business Leadership program has a Christian driven aim to prepare men and women for the workforce with professional and personal teachings. Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership - Worship Ministries Track - Extension Site/Regional Campus Program Description The extension site Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership – Worship Ministries track degree program prepares students for ministry leadership—in local churches, faith-based non-profit organizations, and other ministry contexts—through an interdisciplinary curriculum of courses in the foundational core (i.e., English, psychology, math, science, etc.), Bible, theology, ministry, and ministry practicum. The final 18 hours of the BSMLW focuses on preparing students to serve as worship pastors through studies in music theory, worship leadership, music composition, sound production, and music performance. Students who complete this degree program will be able to: 1. Properly use hermeneutical tools to exegete and apply the Bible in ministry contexts 2. Analyze and apply basic Christian theology in ministry contexts 3. Apply planning, team, financial leadership skills in ministry contexts 4. Use basic music theory and aural theory in the context of worship ministry 5. This program is designed to prepare students to be leaders in a parachurch ministry, nonprofit, urban ministry, or urban mission, equipping them with the theoretical and practical tools needed to serve effectively in their local context.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management (BAS) degree program is designed to prepare students for supervisory and management roles and positions within various businesses and industries.

Innovation and Leadership, BS Offered as a Bachelor of Science Major An Innovation and Leadership degree enables students to demonstrate an operating understanding of organizational leadership and culture including theories about individual and group behaviors. From this experience, they can apply innovative solutions to organizational systems using modern data analysis techniques, emerging media tools, creativity, and critical thinking skills. This allows students to excel in local and regional organizations in the community, analyze the legal, ethical, financial, and physical environment in which an organization operates. There is a success in a student’s ability to demonstrate increased skill in effective communication using a wide range of technological tools, interpersonal skills, and writing techniques which is a requirement of the curriculum.

The Ministry Leadership major is intended to provide students with skills and a background in leadership and how they should be applied in a ministry or other Christian activities.
