The Mechatronics Engineering program of the EAM University Institution is structured in preparatory training cycles, thus allowing the consolidation of three vocations or trades: The first students enter the program in 2009 and go through different cycles until, in 2013, the first seven Mechatronic Engineers graduate from the EAM, consolidating in history as the pioneers and ambassadors of this area of knowledge in the Quindiana region and the entire Coffee Axis. Since then, through research and advanced academic processes, great contributions have been made in response to current needs and the challenges that humanity poses. It should be noted that the main areas of study of the program are: Maintenance, Manufacturing, Design, Control, Automation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Embedded Systems, taught by a group of highly qualified professionals with skills in each of the areas.
