The Liberal Studies program represents CUNY’s first online BA in the liberal arts and sciences. Unlike most majors, which emphasize the mastery of a single discipline, Liberal Studies affirms the intellectual and professional value of learning to think across conventional disciplinary lines.

The Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts requires a total of 120 credits, at least 90 of which must be in the Liberal Arts, 40 taken at Old Westbury, and 45 at the upper-division level.

Bachelor of Arts in Music Liberal Arts If you’re seeking a broad-based approach to the study of music, the Bachelor of Arts in Music with a liberal arts concentration offers a program you can tailor to match your interests. This major lets you combine the study of music with a broad range of electives from other areas of study. If you want the flexibility to pursue a double major with music and another degree at Truman, this program is a good fit for you.

The B.A. in Liberal Arts Degree Completion Program facilitates undergraduate degree completion for upper-division students with a previous history of Fresno State academic success. The program is most suitable for working adults or those who otherwise would not return to Fresno State to complete a traditional degree program. The program offers significant flexibility through a choice of online courses to satisfy degree requirements within a one- to two-year program.
