Introduction
Students who enroll in Lackawanna College’s bachelor’s degree in Restaurant & Foodservice Management will study management and leadership in the food and restaurant business.
#Students will explore operational principles that lead to increased restaurant revenues and profitability. Those principles include staffing, purchasing, marketing and financial practices specific to the foodservice industry.
After completing this four-year program, graduates will be well positioned to enter a variety of managerial positions in foodservice, including restaurant managers, event planners or hotel administrators.
