The school has advanced and complete psychology laboratories, and psychological testing and data analysis software such as SAS, SPSS, AMOS, Mplus, and LisreR Nvivo.

It has the largest psychological professional database in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. It also has a full range of psychology academic journals and books, meeting the teaching and research needs of teachers and students

With the goal of building a first-class discipline, the school is committed to cultivating high-level psychology professionals and carrying out innovative scientific research.

It has established its own characteristics and know-how in the fields of the cognitive and social development of children in minority ethnic groups, cross-cultural psychology, language and cultural cognitive processing.

In recent years, the college has undertaken more than 20 projects at national and ministry levels; as well as more than 10 projects at the autonomous region level.

Teachers and students at the school have also published more than 300 papers in international and domestic authoritative psychology journals and published more than 30 textbooks and monographs.
