College of Arts and Sciences: Knowledge of how business, politics and science are interwoven across political and cultural boundaries is a marketable and increasingly sought-after skill in many fields, both at home and abroad. Our B.A. in International Studies will help you acquire the tools necessary to understand and analyze the problems that confront our complex world.

Make the world your classroom through international excursions or internships, or spend a summer, semester or an academic year in a faculty-led study abroad program. We also bring the world to you, with on-campus lectures from ambassadors from around the globe and trips to the United Nations.

Adelphi’s Department of International Studies offers the following programs:

  • B.A. in International Studies: Business Track
  • B.A. in International Studies: Political Science Track

International Studies majors can also enter the Scholar Teacher Education Program in the Ruth S. Ammon School of Education.

Become a global citizen.

Internships. United Nations non-governmental organization conferences and briefings. Ambassador lectures. These are just a few opportunities you have to connect to international affairs.
