Program Description

Overview

This program aims at preparing students to have a solid background in programming and problem-solving skills using the latest technologies. 

Graduates of this program will be equipped with an international mindset and the capability of collaborating with French and international companies. Their creativity and vision of global business will also develop.

Students enrolled in this program can pursue a 2-year master’s program to obtain a French engineering degree.

Year 1

In the first year, EPITA lays a solid foundation for students to become IT engineers. Mathematics, which is essential for IT engineers, is given considerable weight. Physics and Electronics are also studies. Computer Science (algorithmic, languages & programming, and computer architecture) is also part of the curriculum. Students have the opportunity to run a project on game design.

Year 2

In the second year, students consolidate the scientific and technical knowledge they have obtained in Year 1 by carrying out professional projects and joining seminars in research and innovation. Mathematics is still emphasized, along with physics, electronics, and computer science. 

Year 3

In the third year, students apply the theoretical knowledge in IT they have acquired in the first and second years to carry out several projects. Students also learn about business methods and tools:  management, law, marketing, communication, strategy, organization, etc. to prepare themselves for career success in the IT engineering industry. 

Admissions

This program is open to candidates with a scientific high school degree and a solid background in mathematics and general sciences.

The admission process is fully automated. The application should be submitted online on our "Apply Online" page. Candidates should upload the following documents translated into English or French in digital format to our online application platform.

  • Résumé
  • Passport
  • Official high school transcripts (3 years)
  • Certified copy of the high school certificate (upon receipt of the document)
  • 2 letters of recommendation
  • TOEFL 80, TOEIC 800, IELTS 6.0
  • Statement of purpose

The application will undergo 4 phases:

  1. Validation of your candidacy
  2. Online interview
  3. Online math exam
  4. Admission results

Candidates will be informed of the status of their application by email during each phase of the process.
