This differentiated profile will be further strengthened by language training, a semester abroad, professional internships and training in the various skills and competencies covered by the double degree.
Why study for a Double Degree in Business Administration and Law?
Two complete degrees

If you work in the business world
You have the added value of being able to offer legal knowledge in the activities of your company or department.
If you work in the world of law
You will bring the added value of understanding businesses, departmental procedures, and forms of management.

Your learning process at ESADE will gradually immerse you in two worlds: business and law. The methodology of the Bachelor of Business Administration + Bachelor in Law Double Degree combines rigorous theoretical training with a practical, experience-based learning process that will plunge you into the reality of companies and law firms. This immersion will increase gradually, in accordance with the learning by doing philosophy: as the semesters advance, multiple practical experiences will be introduced both inside and outside of the classroom.

Student First – Flipped Classroom
ESADE’s new teaching methodology, Student First, draws on the latest educational trends and is based on a basic concept: the participatory role of students. With the Student First methodology, you and your classmates will participate in knowledge creation and contribute through your work to a collective learning process.
One major way in which ESADE’s approach differs from traditional methods is that students must come to class having prepared the topic of discussion ahead of time. This “flipped classroom” approach divides learning into three phases:
Pre-class preparationread, research or view multimedia content on the basics of the topic to be discussed.
In-class workshare the knowledge you’ve acquired with your classmates and the instructor by debating, reflecting, and solving cases, challenges and projects.
After classdeepen your understanding, reflect further and apply the acquired concepts in other areas.
Advantages of the Student First system
You internalise knowledge in a more natural way.
When you get to class, you’ve already identified your doubts, so you can share them and solve them.
Classes are more enriching: you focus on applying knowledge and you receive input not only from the instructor but from all your classmates.
It prepares you for the future: you learn to apply theory in different circumstances and to work collaboratively.
You become more open to learning new things.
Creativity and innovation: Ability to initiate or manage change.
Flexibility and adaptability: Capacity to adapt positively to situations and settings.
Strength and resilience: Challenges won’t frighten you, and you’ll be able to work under pressure.
Self-knowledge: Awareness of your abilities and how to bring out the best in yourself at any time.
Social commitment: At ESADE, we train professionals with values who make sure their organisations assume social responsibility.
