In 1974 the first course of International Relations appeared in Brazil. Originally the international relations professional, the internationalist, was looking for a diplomatic career, looking at the international market as an area to be explored by the foreign policies of his country. In the 21st century with the great openness of global markets, companies are "attacked" by international competition while at the same time facing opportunities for the exploration of new markets. The new International Relations course of the UMC aims at the formation of a business "ambassador" - the INTERNATIONALIST -, whose task is to create and implement the competitive differential, exploring the business opportunities in the international scenario for Brazilian companies, in parallel this same (Internationalist) may be the initial link of a foreign company that wants to settle in Brazil or even enter the Brazilian market. The practical part is developed from the first semester with the PIC (Interdisciplinary Consolidated Project) in which the student, working in teams, develops business projects in the companies or even researching new business opportunities in the market. -
