Advice of a student/graduate “When I was in my country (Azerbaijan) I never knew what it was like to live somewhere else, without family, in different culture. But everything turned into real life when I came to Lithuania to study at KTU. Education was different in way better way than I was expecting. Practical lectures are major part of education in my faculty, so it helps me to implement all the theory that we learn from books into practice. Despite it was hard for me to integrate with the locals in the very few months as they were quite different from the people that I used to see my whole life, and they seemed unfriendly. But then when I got closer to them and I saw that when you need help, if you have Lithuanian friend, he/she will be beside you.” - 4th year student Nijat Hasanbayli.
