Students who have completed the New Zealand Diploma in Information Technology, Technical Support Level 5 from AWI will gain entry to the Bachelor of Information Sciences. Sixty (60) credits for a completed New Zealand Diploma in Information Technology, Technical Support Level 5 from AWI will be granted towards the Bachelor of Information Sciences as follows: 157.150 Management Information Systems 158.100 Computer Applications and the Information Age 158.120 Fundamentals of Information Technology 247.177 Written Communication for Information Sciences Students applying for credit must supply an AWI transcript for confirmation purposes. Credit can be provided for some of the courses passed towards an incomplete New Zealand Diploma in Information Technology, Technical Support Level 5. This is assessed on a case by case basis. Credit will not be granted for New Zealand Diploma in Information Technology, Technical Support Level 5 courses passed subsequent to the student enrolling in the Bachelor of Information Sciences.
