You will be trained in new information and communications technology (ICT) in various aspects of marketing, management and supervision teams, the definition of business objectives, and the study and knowledge of your environment, your competitors, your target and your customers.

Department of Human Resource Management, one of four academic departments at College of Business Administration (COB), is dedicated to providing high quality educational programs, applied research, service to community. The Human Resource Management Management Program (HRM) offered by the Department of Human Resource Management is designed to provide students with broad theoretical knowledge of human resource management. HRM in an organization is vital to its success, by managing human capital in an efficient and effective manner many of the organization’s strategic objective can be achieved.

The human Resource Development program aims to provide knowledge and skills of all the main functions of Human Resources and includes essential concepts and practices for human resource management. Upon successful completion of this program, students should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the activities and decisions that inform the employment relationship, including functions of HRM such as staffing, training and development, performance appraisal, staff counseling, motivation, interpret the legislative concepts of employment law and industrial relationship.

The Human Resource Management field has not only gained higher importance in recent years but has become one of the most important functions of management lately for the organization to gain and sustain a competitive advantage. Contemporary organizations demand qualified personnel to successfully tackle Human Resource issues in the organization.

Human Resources Management professionals specialize in managing functions and activities concerned with attracting, maintaining and developing people within the organization. A Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) will provide students with a body of knowledge that includes the understanding of historical perspectives and contemporary developments in Human Resources Management. Students will have knowledge of how research principles and methods inform Human Resources Management decision-making. Graduates of a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) will demonstrate the application of knowledge and skills via the planning and completion of significant research-based or scholarship-centered projects.

SZU offers various programs taught in Chinese, for example, Chinese Language and Literature, Electronic Science and Technology, Human Resource Management, etc. We also offer students two programs taught in English: Business Administration and International Trade and Economics.

The modules will allow students will develop skills in planning, compensation, recruitment, training and development, career planning, employee relations and sustainability issues pertinent to human resources in the wider global context.

The Human Capital Development program of the UA&P School of Education is the first of its kind in the country. It aims to produce graduates who can design, conduct, manage, and assess learning and workplace programs that will help individuals and groups in various types of organizations enhance their performance, productivity, and employability.
