The Nutrition and Dietetics program of the San Martín University Foundation is designed to train Nutritionists Dietitians with high academic quality, ethical performance, and human sensitivity, innovators, committed to research and social development processes responding to the food reality and the improvement of nutritional and health status of the population in the context in which they have to act.

The professional profile of the graduates will allow them to function in the different fields of knowledge and practice that not only have extensive knowledge of Psychology, but also acquire a solid humanistic training that allows them to analyze and understand holistically, the problems of social and political order, human and cultural, and actively participate in solving them. The professionals who graduated from the Program will strengthen their competencies to perform as integral psychologists, they are professionals responsible for the social function that they must develop and fulfill in the course of their professional practice, with a high sense of service and solidarity, proactive and creative, critical spirit, social sensitivity, and vocation of service-oriented by the principles of tolerance, respect for others and coexistence, committed to rebuilding the social fabric, improving the quality of life in the context where they practice their profession and the construction of peace culture.

Psychology is a professional career in wide demand in the Colombian labor market, the fundamental purpose is to train future psychologists in the design, development, and application of interventional methodologies in various human contexts that allow processes of change and adaptation required by trends current competition.
