A bachelor's degree is given to students who fulfill the necessary requirements given by the college or university they are attending. The requirements include three to seven years of focus on a subject, typically referred to as a major or concentration.

Students of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering will study the general concepts of engineering. This will allow them to choose a degree of their preference in order to specialize. The program is aimed at students who are not sure of what engineering degree they want to study.
