Organised within the Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages (F.I.L.S.) of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (U.T.C.B.) since the early90s, the Bachelor's contains 8 semesters with an associated total number of 240 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).
The bachelors are opened to Romanian and foreign bachelor graduates. They also accommodates Erasmus+ exchange students. U.T.C.B. has 67 Erasmus+ agreements with universities from 17 countries. For the academic year 2016-2017 over 20 Erasmus students from France, Spain and Greece already registered to follow lectures in our faculty (bachelor or master)....
