Program Structure The undergraduate first-degree programs in Economics are structured in semesters. For each individual course attended and successfully completed students are awarded a number of ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). In order to complete the undergraduate in Economics, it is mandatory to enrol in at least six academic semesters and successfully achieve between 180 and 195 ECTS credits. During the first year you can choose to take classes in English or in Portuguese.
