International Economics

A bachelor's degree is awarded at the successful completion of an undergraduate academic program. It is often the first degree a student received in his or her academic career. It typically takes four years of full-time study to earn a bachelor’s degree.

A degree in International Economics provides in-depth training in the interaction of different economies, the behavior of global markets and trade. The program focuses on the teaching of principal macroeconomic theory as well as trade and policy theory. Often the program will include a strong course in econometrics in order to understand the nature of economic understanding.
