Civil Engineering is one of the disciplines of professional engineering, dealing with the creation of civilian-used structures from conceptualization through to construction and maintenance. Both publicly-funded governments and private companies are involved in civil engineering.

The official name is the State of Kuwait and it is found in the Western part of Asia. This is an Arabic country. The 2008 adult literacy reports show that the country is at 93.9%. The system of education is being restructured into an all-inclusive education.

A bachelor's degree is given to students who fulfill the necessary requirements given by the college or university they are attending. The requirements include three to seven years of focus on a subject, typically referred to as a major or concentration.
