Marine Biology

A bachelor’s degree is a post-secondary degree awarded after completed 120 credits. It usually takes eight semesters to complete a Bachelor’s degree. Marine biology is the study of plant and animal life in water habitats and ecosystems. Students who study marine biology also learn about astronomy, biology, ecology, geology, oceanography and zoology in order to get a better understanding of ocean life and all that it contains.
