Software engineering deals with the development of large and complex software applications. The course provides an understanding of the underlying principles and applications. It equips graduates with professional knowledge and skills required to adopt this rapidly developing field.
Career opportunities exist in the areas of software engineer and software developer. Study opportunities are also provided to assist students to undertake sought-after industry training modules, including Cisco (internal students) and Microsoft (internal and external students).
The South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) receives and processes applications for admission to Charles Darwin University Higher Education prospective students.
