Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Hospitality Management

This programme introduces students to the operations and management of a hotel plant and the general service industry and prepares graduates for careers in the Tourism and Hospitality sector.

Students are exposed to the different types of hotels, resorts, and other service centre operations. The principles of customer relations management and its impact on customer retention and repeat in a competitive market environment are also covered. The internship component of the programme ensures that all students are groomed in the working culture of the industry. While the research component develops critical thinking and analytical skills required for decision making and problem solutions in the industry.
