Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management
The BSc Information Technology Management programme focuses on the application of IT principles, methodologies, and tools to support a wide range of business functions. The programme is interdisciplinary; bridging key business disciplines with IT focal areas such as network and systems administration, management of IT systems & resources, information management, professional computing practice, software quality management, electronic business and mobile web development. Aside from the theoretical instruction, students will also gain technical depth of the relevant IT tools, systems and resources that support modern business and industry. In addition, students will be equipped with a solid foundation for entry into IT-related careers or further graduate level studies.
Admission Requirements for this Undergraduate Programmes
- West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
- Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE)
- General Business Certificate of Examination (GBCE)
- American High School Grade 12 with at least Final Grade Point of 3.0.
WASSCE and SSSCE/GBCE applicants must have at least credit passes (i.e. grade A1-C6 and grade A-D respectively) in three core subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies in addition to any three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better.
