Career Opportunities
The food manufacturing industry in Thailand caters to both local and international markets, including ASEAN countries and the larger export markets of Europe, North America, and Japan. Consequently, there is a need for highly-trained technical personnel who can communicate well in English, which offers MUIC graduates a distinct advantage. Food Science and Technology majors, given their scientific and technical backgrounds, are well equipped to work in this industry or continue their studies towards a master’s or doctoral degree in either Food Science or other related areas.
