Introduction
The cybersecurity and digital forensics program is a specialized track within Trevecca’s information technology, information systems, and computer science Bachelor of Science degrees. In this track of study, students develop skills in authentication, forensics, encryption, and cryptography that allow them to create network plans which meet the data security needs of various organizations.

What to Expect
You can enroll in Trevecca’s specialized track in cybersecurity and digital forensics if you are pursuing your Bachelor of Science in information technology, your Bachelor of Science in information systems, or your Bachelor of Science in computer science. This track gives you the skills you need for a career in the exciting and growing industry of cybersecurity.
In the program, you’ll develop skills in authentication, encryption, and cryptography that allow you to create comprehensive network security plans that meet the unique needs of organizations. Your digital forensics training will teach you to identify, analyze and solve security threats. In addition, your degree will equip you to be an effective communicator and a creative and technical problem solver. The project-oriented curriculum in this program also leads to a professional portfolio that can be used to demonstrate your knowledge and experience to potential employers.
