Faculty Like Family

As a communication major at Medaille College, you'll benefit from our personal, genuine, professional mentorship, both in and out of the classroom. You'll network with professors who will help you to navigate not only the rigors of college but of life.

Hands-on Experience

Studio time isn't reserved only for upperclassmen in the communication program at Medaille. You'll have the opportunity to begin working in our online radio station, TV studio, and newspaper room from your first day on campus.

Learn From Experts

Not only will Medaille faculty treat you like family, but they're also real experts in the field! Learn from professors with experience in broadcasting (on- and off-air), public relations, advertising, social media, and more.

Harness the opportunity to learn from caring, knowledgeable professors like Dr. Juli Hinds, Chair of the Department of Communication and Sport Studies.

I’ve never had a professor like Dr. Hinds. One that goes out of her way to make sure each student is not only doing well academically but also emotionally.
