Content and objective of the program
This programme is a combined 3-year Bachelor's and 2,5-year Master's degree. Composition studies, harmony and voice leading, music analysis, and instrumentation are at the core of the program. As a bachelor’s student, you will complete instrument studies and learn about aural skills, music history, and electroacoustic music.
You can also choose courses organized by the other two academies of the University and complete so-called joint studies that are available for all students.

Program Outcome
A student who has completed a Bachelor’s degree is expected to be capable of searching for an individual voice as a composer; to be aware of the history of music and of current trends; to be able to set goals for his/her work as a composer independently and to discover feasible ways for attaining those goals and also be able to communicate his/her solutions orally and in writing, and be familiar with the basics of pedagogy in his/her field.
