The College offers a Five Year Integrated Law program, the successful completion of which will earn the student a B.Com., LL.B. (Honours) Degree to be awarded by Sharda University.The duration of the B.Com. LL.B. degree course shall be for a period of five academic years. Each academic year is divided into two semesters, each semester having an average of 100 working/ teaching days. The academic terms shall ordinarily be between July to December and January to June. The Five-year B.Com., LL.B.course is a full- time course and no student is permitted to pursue simultaneously any other course. The admission of a student can be canceled at any stage for violation of this rule.

Career and Placement
BA LLB, B.COM LLB, BBA LLB courses are integrated courses to become lawyers. This degree will enable students to enroll in appropriate Bar Councils to practice Law and become eligible to appear for judicial service examinations to become judges, the lower course. Over period of experience they are also eligible to sit for higher judicial services that is additional district judges and above. The practicing lawyers are eligible to become high court judges and ultimately they will be elevated to the judges of Supreme Court of India. In order to make them competent the School of Law provides ample of opportunities such as intra moot court competitions, national moot court competition, visit to police station and courtroom exposure. To give first hand information and knowledge on the principles of advocacy the special guests are invited from both practice and retained judges of high court and Supreme Court of India. The students are allowed to participate and present papers in the national seminar so that they gain confidence and knowledge on the specialized areas of knowledge. Continuously opportunities are provided such as internship with practicing lawyers for gaining the confidence of demonstrating advocacy skills and practice. Internship programme is also organized with corporate sectors to understand practical exposure of corporate governance. Consequent upon above learning and practices they are appointed as legal advisors in the corporate sectors. Those who have done B.COM LLB, BBA LLB, have better opportunities in the corporate sectors. Those who have done BA LLB they will have better preference in the multinational companies and international organizations. The students who have pursued LLM in energy law have extraordinary opportunities in power sector as legal mangers. Moreover it will help them in the legal practice also as specialist lawyers in energy law. Similarly LLM students of international law will enjoy better opportunities in the practice of international orb iteration. Since the international arbitration is emerging as one of the best legal practices for redressed of grievances and conflict resolution mechanism. The students of LLM Corporate Law will be employed in Corporate sectors including MNCs. They will become specialists in Corporate Law in their Practice. They will be eligible for teaching law. The Diploma courses offered at School of Law, Sharda University aims to impart to the learner a very in-depth and extensive perspective and practices relating to the chosen field of law.
