The Bachelor of Hospitality and Management is an intensive and innovative three-year degree which fosters a strong foundation in hotel management, leadership, operations and entrepreneurship. Courses are balanced between academic theory and professional practice.

Students acquire a spectrum of hospitality knowledge from understanding food and beverage and guest service operations to learning how to analyze a profit and loss sheet, roll out a marketing strategy, organize a commercial event and recruit a talented workforce. With experienced faculty and small class sizes, students receive the individual support and preparation they need to achieve excellence. Students directly apply their knowledge through hands-on, professional experience during 4 academic quarters of paid practical training in luxury hotels.

Admissions Requirements

Applicants must have successfully graduated from an accredited high school program or have proof of high school equivalency. Minimum English proficiency for international students is as follows: TOEFL (iBT)–45; IELTS–4.5 and a qualifying oral interview. Copies of official academic transcripts will be accepted during initial evaluation to determine eligibility for admission.
