Overview

Bachelor of Hospitality Management (Hons) prepares students for a wide range of careers in the hospitality industry through its multi-disciplinary course, ranging from hotel management to event planning & management. Graduates will be exposed to the theoretical and practical aspects of hospitality including communication, service management, and planning.

Program Entry Requirements

You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for entry to the UNITAR Bachelor’s Programme:

  • Pass Sijil Tinggi PelajaranMalaysia (STPM) with a minimum NGMP of 2.00 in at least two (2) subjects; OR
  • A recognized Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
  • Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a Grade B in five (5) subjects; OR
  • A recognized Matriculation, Foundation or Pre-University qualification with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
  • Pass BTEC Level 4 & 5 and pass SPM with at least three (3) credits in any subjects (or its equivalent); OR
  • Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
