Special features of this course

Many students who start a Business degree programme are unsure of the area of speciality that they should pursue. Many programmes lock the student into a single pathway on day one.
This degree is one of five streams in our Bachelor of Business programme, the other streams being Management, Marketing and International Business, and Supply Chain Management. Years 1 and 2 of all streams introduce students to a broad range of business areas providing the student with taster courses in each of the four streams. Students are allowed to make a final decision on which of the four streams they want to pursue after year 2. This allows the student to make an informed choice relating to their progression/transfer at year 3. This also provides a sound basis for study at level 7 and level 8. Students may wish to graduate after two years with a Higher Certificate in Business, or after three years with an Ordinary Degree in Human Resource Management.
