The Swiss School of Management Bachelor of Busines Administration (BBA) is designed for students eager to gain the knowledge and insights needed to start a career in international business. We prepare the next generation of global business leaders by fostering an international and culturally diverse learning environment, where innovative and entrepreneurial minds flourish.
The Bachelor of Business Administration is a full-time, 180 ECTS program that is divided into three years. Our English-taught classes are dynamic and interactive with lecturers that are experts in their fields. Our students also get first-hand experience by engaging with industry leaders and through site visits to some of the world’s leading multinational companies.
The Bachelor of Business Administration is a comprehensive degree that will prepare you for a full range of functions within the business world, making you a valuable asset to any organization. This program develops the business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset required to conduct business on a global scale. Students will cover international negotiation, cultures and languages, while exploring the complexity of multinational organizations, with their intricate hierarchies, social frameworks and administrative challenges.
In response to the constantly shifting international business environment, our programs focus on both the traditional and latest trends in business to ensure that our students possess the relevant skills and knowledge to be successful business leaders. The program culminates with the submission and defense of a thesis, on a business-related subject of the student’s choosing. Students who successfully complete the program are awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from the Swiss School of Management which is internationally accredited by IACBE, and certified by eduQua.
The Swiss School of Management Barcelona BBA Business Degree Program is a three-year program (180 ECTS). The program has annual intakes in October, January, and April.
The first-year core courses provide students with a solid base in all fundamental business areas. Specialization subjects are incorporated into the curriculum in the second and third years. Swiss School of Management’s undergraduate curriculum is designed to give you the maximum degree of choice and flexibility, while also providing insights into all the major fields and functions of management. In the third year, students will also focus on business management modules to equip them with key managerial concepts, theories, and tools necessary for any business field. From managerial statistics to finance and business law, students will become more analytical, creative, and independent in their thinking. Students will take business courses from various disciplines and have the opportunity to concentrate on their chosen fields.
The final degree will be awarded by the Swiss School of Management upon completion of the BBA program.

The International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) is the leading outcome-based accrediting organization for business, management and accounting programs in student-centered colleges, universities and other higher education institutions throughout the world.
The Swiss School of Management has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) located at 11374 Strang Line Road in Lenexa, Kansas, USA.
The Swiss School of Management is certified by eduQua, the first Swiss quality label geared toward adult continuing education. eduQua is made up of over 1000 schools, institutions and academies in all of Switzerland. eduQua is a certification body recognized and supported by the Swiss Confederate Government. It is the first quality certification for public and private educational institutions in Switzerland.
The Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (EDK) endorses eduQua as an officially recognized quality assurance scheme. EDK highly recommends the institution of higher education certified by eduQua. In more and more cantons, the certification is a requirement for public funding. The Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) is a United States organization of degree-granting colleges and universities. It identifies its purpose as providing national advocacy for self-regulation of academic quality through accreditation in order to certify the quality of higher education accrediting organizations, including regional, faith-based, private, career, and programmatic accrediting organizations.
The organization has approximately 3,000 academic institutions as members and currently recognizes approximately 60 accrediting organizations.

Service Manager
Service managers manage an organization’s service department, which is responsible for customer service relations. Their aim is to provide an excellent service to clients to establish a long-lasting sales relationship. In charge of teams, a service manager will ensure that departmental and sales goals are met and that their team members possess the necessary product and service knowledge to carry out their tasks effectively. They will also need to know industry regulations, constraints and laws for compliance. A service manager will also assist with administrative tasks, prepare reports on the levels of customer service achieved and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Purchasing Manager
Purchasing managers are responsible for creating and executing purchasing strategies within an organization. They will source and select vendors, negotiate prices and contractual terms and conditions, make orders, track deliveries and monitor and forecast future demand levels, among other tasks. Building trust with suppliers and clearly communicating and detailing product technical information is key to success.

You begin your business education in the first year at SSM, and you distribute your study of business over three years. As a freshman, you’ll jump right into the basics, which positions you for the advanced options you’ll choose from later. Swiss School of Management’s undergraduate curriculum is designed to give you the maximum degree of choice and flexibility, while also providing insights into all the major fields and functions of management. You will take business courses from many different disciplines and have the opportunity to concentrate on one or several major fields. The final degree will be awarded by the Swiss School of Management upon completion of the BBA program.

You will take a critical and practical approach to the core concepts of business administration and management. The Bachelor Degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of a company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area. BBA programs expose students to a variety of “core subjects” and allow students to specialize in a specific academic area. The degree also develops the student’s practical managerial skills, communication skills, and business decision-making capability. Many programs incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, internships, industrial visits, and interaction with experts from the industry.

Swiss School of Management Barcelona recognizes the plight of students who are forced to leave their homes due to conflict, violence, human rights violations, persecution, disasters, and the adverse effects of climate change. We offer forcibly displaced students (with official status recognized by government bodies / accredited non-governmental institutions) an opportunity of continuing their education and obtain a 15% discount on the tuition fee of our BBA, MBA, and DBA programs.
