To this end, the students require following methodology courses, observation, research and teaching practices along with theoretical courses. The programs of TED University Faculty of Education are not just composed of sequential and external implementation of academic studies, but the practices designed as complementary and supplementary components of the academic studies. In other words, practice is in the center of teacher education programs. By this means, the teacher candidates experience the theoretical and conceptual knowledge they acquire under the guidance of a mentor who has professional experience. In order to enhance their culture of education, the students are required to follow at least one course from each discipline in addition to their faculty courses.
