Bachelor in International Sales and Marketing
The I.B.C.M. International Sales and Marketing (I.S.M.) programme specializes in business studies with a strong focus on international marketing, economics, communications, organization management and entrepreneurship and innovation. The I.S.M. programme will equip you with the problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset that you need to succeed.
International and accredited degrees
The programme is taught in English and is based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The courses are internationally recognized and transferable.
All I.B.C.M. Students receive a double degree. This means that you will get a diploma from I.B.C.M. and a diploma from our partner institution, Lillebaelt Academy for Professional Higher Education in Denmark.
The Marketing & Management Department offers two qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in International Sales & Marketing: 3.5 years/7 semesters (210 ECTS)
- Academy Professional (AP) degree in Marketing & Management: 2 years/4 semesters (120 ECTS)
Real work experience
You will have the flexibility to focus on an industry that is interesting to you. This includes mandatory work experience through two three-month, full-time internships (which take place during your fourth and seventh semester of studies). This experience, highly valued by our students, ensures that you have the skills to make a positive impact working in the real world.
Rich and varied programme
As an I.S.M. student, you will gain knowledge and skills in a wide range of business-focused areas.
In your first and second semester, the units studied include: Effective Communication, Strategic Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Principles of Entrepreneurship. In your third semester (before your first internship in the fourth semester) you will cover subjects such as: Sales and Negotiation, Project Management, Global Marketing and Business Planning. In your fifth and sixth semesters, you will gain knowledge in skills in a range of areas, including: B2B Sales and Marketing, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Management Accounting, Business Law, and Innovation. And to conclude your studies, in the seventh semester you complete your second and final internship and your bachelor thesis.
Diverse and exciting career prospects
Career options for I.B.C.M. graduates with an I.S.M. degree include management, marketing and sales jobs in the private, public or non-profit sector. Opportunities are available in in national, international or multi-national organizations. Some I.S.M. graduates even go on to establish their own business.
As part of your study programme, you will get the opportunity participate in field trips which complement and enhance your studies in the classroom. The costs of these trips are usually covered by I.B.C.M.

I.B.C.M. is able to offer a limited number of international study exchange opportunities each year. These are made possible through our partnership with Erasmus+, who financially support these exchanges.
