International Management Program (IMP) Description International Management Program (IMP) is the expansion of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. It was established in 2017 which focus on preparing the student to compete internationally. The program is designed to provide knowledge and skills required for a successful entrepreneur and leader of a global corporation in the globalization era. It integrates all disciplines of four management area of study, namely Marketing, Operational and Production, finance as well as Human Resource that equip the students with the necessary skills needed in their career.

All courses in IMP are fully taught in English by lecturers who are graduated from Australia, the United States, Germany, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Vision

To be an International Management Program that is innovative, independent, and leading in the development of science and technology and the centre for providing the best information and business studies supported by the use of reliable and trusted information technology to produce a skilled and qualified graduates who can compete in global level and uphold moral as well as ethical values in 2026.

Menjadi program studi manajemen yang inovatif, mandiri, dan terkemuka dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, pusat penyedia informasi, transformasi dan pengkajian bisnis terbaik yang didukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang handal dan terpercaya untuk menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral dan etika pada tahun 2026.

Mission

  1. Conduct a highly integrated education system to produce professional graduates with information and technology-based knowledge and skill and global competencies that meet the need of global stakeholders.
  2. Contribute to the global community by studying and developing a qualified academic research product.
  3. Partnership with other global universities and corporation as well as local government to achieve independence in conducting education, research, and community development.
