As an International Business graduate, the door to the global job market is wide open. Depending on your specialisation, your job title will be, for example, international marketing manager, account manager, export manager, corporate communications manager, branch manager, or product manager. Depending on your preference, you could work for a commercial major player or a small not-for-profit organisation. You will get to choose between all kinds of organisations, and where you will bridge the gap between cultures and across countries and languages.
The curriculum is based on our Design Based Education principles. This means you get to pursue your own interests in the field of international business while working on real-life cases. It also means you get to work in small study groups, ensuring you will receive personal attention and coaching.
We are an internationally orientated university of applied sciences, with a unique multi-campus concept, offering 5 campuses across the globe. On top of this, we have a vast international network of partner universities (of applied sciences). So it is safe to say, you will truly study in an international environment at NHL Stenden.
You can choose to study in Emmen or Leeuwarden. Both cities offer their own unique advantages. In Emmen, for example, you can specialise by learning a third language in your second year.
