Program Description

Computer engineers design, develop and manage systems that process, store and convey information. These systems include personal computers, workstations, mainframe computers, computer networks and all of their various components. Computer engineers are particularly involved in the design and develop “embedded” computers used in aircraft, automobiles, communication switching systems, biomedical instruments, industrial robots and household appliances. Designing these systems raises both hardware and software issues, a computer engineer typically has the hardware background of an electrical engineer and the software background of a computer scientist.

In your first two years, you will focus on developing fundamental abilities that underpin your later study and future career. There is a mix of theoretical knowledge coupled with practical experience.

The later years of your degree include further theoretical material but with an emphasis now on applying knowledge to a series of increasingly challenging and realistic design projects. Cooperative Education (CO-OP) is a structured method program that offers students the opportunity to last term period of academic study with periods of work closely related to their major field of study.

Cooperative Education program provides students with employment opportunities while pursuing a degree. The focus of the program is to offer job experiences that utilize the skills and knowledge students are learning in the classroom.

Provide students with a solid Electrical and Electronic Engineering knowledge-base, skills, and competence needed through the provision of an efficient learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential, personally and academically, and to further enhance their independent learning ability for continuing professional development in order to meet national as well as international market demands. We offer a broad curriculum which provides state-of-the-art knowledge and practical skills in Electrical and Electronic Engineering scopes.

Admission requirements

Step 1: Application Procedure

The applicant has to submit the following documents by uploading them to the online application portal.

  • Copy of the photo-page(s) of your passport
  • High School Certificate
  • High School Transcript
  • University equivalency certificate

Step 2: The Application Process

  • Prepayment for getting acceptance letter
    • ( Visa required countries have to pay a total cost of administration )
    • ( Visa not required countries have to pay 200 $ )
  • Preparation of acceptance letter

Step 3: Registration Process

  • 6 photograph
  • Registration and Orientation
  • Residency and Turkish ID Card Registration

English language requirements

If you're not taking one of these language qualifications but are regularly being taught in the English Language Program.

  • The Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): 55
  • TOEFL IBT: 72
  • TOEFL CBT: 200
  • FCE: B
  • Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English: C
  • Cambridge Proficiency Exam: C1

Fees and funding

You can pay your tuition fees by Direct Debit, debit card, credit card, cheque, bank transfer. You may also be eligible for a student loan to help you pay your fees.
