The Estonian Aviation Academy prepares you for various jobs in the aviation industry. The Commercial Aviation Management (CAM) programme’s curriculum addresses different aspects mainly from the airline's point of view, while also covering a wide spectrum of other topics within the field of aviation.
The special feature of this program is the use of solutions based on SIMIO digital software in combination with traditional teaching methods and in some instances replacing them altogether. The acquired theoretical knowledge is put into practice during an internship in a real-life aviation environment.
As part of your Bachelor's studies, you will learn about the specifics of the aviation industry with its global networks, management challenges, and mechanisms. Our versatile curriculum ensures that you emerge with a comprehensive understanding of the following aspects of aviation:
principles of aviation management;
operating an aviation company;
IT solutions and digital simulation models;
logistics, international economics, marketing, financial and strategic planning;
teamwork and communication skills;
an international perspective that will enrich your career prospects globally.
Our teaching involves a number of recognised experts in the field of aviation, as well as extensive cooperation with other aviation organisations and universities. During your studies, we will support you in your career planning and help you find a place for your internship.
The international dimension of the program is enhanced by wide-ranging study opportunities abroad. The Academy has numerous Erasmus+ agreements which enable students to spend a semester at a university abroad.
LINDA EGGENBERGERStudent from SwitzerlandI liked studying in Tartu very much. It is a charming city with its town hall square and beautiful Toome Park. There are many things to do, such as visiting the different museums or going ice skating at the Christmas market. Tartu has a lot of restaurants and bars, so nightlife was definitely not lacking. I was very impressed by the nature of Estonia with its birch forests and swamps.
