The Bachelor in Business Administration (BSc) at Frankfurt School is a flexible programme that, over the course of seven semesters (3.5 years), helps you get started with your career. Through core modules you will learn essential skills and competencies to manage and lead an organisation in various departments. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to choose one of seven concentrations, which vary by focus and occasionally time model:
• Auditing and Consulting (KPMG)
• Digital Business
• International Management
• Marketing & Innovation Management
• Management, Philosophy & Economics
• Unternehmenssteuerung und –regulierung (only in German)
During the first three semesters of your Bachelor in Business Administration (BSc) you will take core modules which will give you a great foundation for your business degree and introduce you to a variety of topics. You will have the choice to take the core modules either completely in English or German through our "English core track" or "German core track".
During your third semester you will then decide what subject you would like to specialise in. You will have the choice between the following concentrations: Auditing and Consulting, Finance, Digital Business, Marketing & Innovation Management, International Management, Management, Philosophy & Economics, Unternehmenssteuerung und -regulierung. It is however also possible to combine modules from 2 different concentrations. Concentration modules will take place in the 4th and 6th semesters. All concentration modules are taught exclusively in English (except for the concentration Unternehmenssteuerung und -regulierung).
All Bachelor in Business Administration (BSc) students at Frankfurt School spend at least one semester abroad which includes an internship.
Advanced Study Phase
During these two semesters, you can choose modules from a broad range of topics to suit your interests. We offer approximately 45 modules in the areas of Finance and Banking, Managing Organisations, Economics, and Business and Society. Some concentrations also have advanced specialised modules in semesters 6 and 7.
As the final part of your studies you will write the Bachelor Thesis, usually during your last semester.
