Place of study: Institute of Natural Sciences and Biomedicine (IENiBM), Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after MV Lomonosov, Arkhangelsk, Russia

  • Physical fundamentals of micro- and nanosistemnoy equipment;
  • Physical and chemical bases of processes of micro- and nanotechnology;
  • Methods of analysis and control of nanostructured materials and systems;
  • Modeling and design of micro- and nanosystems

  • materials and components of nano- and microsystems technology;
  • instruments, devices, mechanisms of the machine;
  • nanotechnology processes and techniques nanodiagnostics;
  • physical and mathematical and physical-chemical models of the processes of synthesis, diagnostics and operation of materials and components of nano- and microsystems technology;
  • hardware and software for modeling, design, production and investigation of materials and components of nano- and microsystems technology;
  • algorithms for solving research and production problems related to the professional field.
