You'll build a contraption around an egg - yes, an egg. Then you'll drop it off the roof of Fisher Hall. The idea, of course, is to build the right contraption to keep the egg from breaking. You'll start your bachelor of science degree in engineering on our campus, successfully completing the prerequisites for the junior year, and completing the degree at the Swanson School of Engineering at the Pittsburgh campus. As an entering freshman, you must meet one of the following requirements to be admitted directly to the engineering program at Pitt-Bradford. 1. Biomedical engineers (BEs) help people by solving medical equipment and healthcare related problems using math, science and engineering principles.
