What is a BSc in Electrical Engineering? The first years of the coursework typically cover fundamentals such as DC and AC circuit analysis as well as digital circuit logic. Students are exposed to equipment such as circuit fabrication equipment, electronic testing equipment, and the most current tools of the industry. In addition to the basics, students will learn microcontroller circuitry, digital and hybrid systems, control systems, electrodynamics, and microelectronic fabrication techniques.

As the world continues to rely on technology and electric power, there is a great need for those men and women who are able to design, create, and maintain the many products and systems that support that technology. With a bachelor’s degree, graduates have access to a wide variety of jobs in many areas of the world.
