The management major at D.U. focuses on people — the most important resource in business. Students may study such areas as human resource management, organizational behavior, labor relations, ethics, international management, planning and control, and problem identification and diagnosis. Graduates of the program go on to earn graduate degrees at D.U. and other highly respected schools around the country.
