Introduction
Study the scene of the crime
Want to be a forensic investigator? As a student in Lynn's forensic investigations program, you'll learn how to work in the field of criminalistics. You'll get hands-on experience through testing, studying, analyzing, and processing crime scenes, and learn how to work with law enforcement.
This forensic investigations degree gives you an introduction to the uses and methods of forensic science and examines the types of evidence attained to prepare you for a role as a crime scene investigator. Before you graduate, you will even create and solve a crime of your own using investigative techniques such as forensic psychology, trace evidence analysis, forensic pathology, and more.
You'll learn important facets of crime scene investigation from accomplished and experienced faculty, including a former FBI special agent and our faculty medical doctor who practiced clinical and surgical pathology in the U.S. and abroad. Plus, you'll examine evidence and produce theories about perpetrator motives with this exciting forensic investigations program.
