Introduction
He is a professional who stands out for his ability to reflect critically, to generate situated proposals for improvement and for creating learning opportunities for his students. Likewise, he has skills that allow him to communicate adequately, in his mother tongue and in a second language, adapt the use of technological resources and form collaborative work teams.
He shows a solid teaching training that allows him to understand music and the different sound manifestations as a form of knowledge, enhancing aesthetic sensitivity in his students. On this epistemological basis, it is possible to manage didactic and evaluative processes, guaranteeing adequate educational mediation in the various performance contexts. Likewise, he is able to seek solutions to problems that arise in his professional work, pertinent to the context, respectful of the beliefs and customs of people and their communities. He develops research on his practice based on the generation of actions to improve musical educational processes. Added to the above is the ability to manage various projects for the development of musical expression in contexts of formal and non-formal education, strengthening the integrative and intercultural value of music in the educational community in which it is inserted and in society.
